Originally from Dublin, Ireland, Gerry made the United States his home in 1989. After years as a Real Estate Agent in a Boston market, he transformed his passion for selling exceptional homes into building them. For the past two decades, he’s made building and selling luxury South Shore homes his sole focus. He is a resident in the South Shore along with his 4 kids, Patrick, Ada, Annick and Moya who all attend Hingham Schools.

Since 2002, Rankin Residential has been developing extraordinary properties on the South Shore with commitment to excellence, and attention to all the exquisite details that make a home a wonderful place to live. The journey began in Quincy, with luxury townhouse development and evolved into building unique custom home predominantly in Hingham with the exception of a 5 house subdivision in Milton off Brush Hills road - Beechwood Drive.
